Allow Automatic Login

 

In order for Tabs3 to access QuickBooks data files when QuickBooks is not loaded, QuickBooks must be configured to allow Tabs3 to automatically login.

Note: Tabs3 must already have a certificate defined in QuickBooks before performing the following steps.

   To configure QuickBooks to Allow Automatic Login

1. In QuickBooks, from the Edit menu select Preferences.
2. In the Preferences window, select Integrated Applications from the scroll box on the left.
3. Click the Company Preferences tab.
4. Highlight the Tabs3 Billing application in the list and click the Properties button.
5. On the Access Rights tab, select the Allow this application to login automatically check box.
6. Click OK.
