Returns a String Value
Returns the string_exp$ value of the file's extension type.

Note: The file's extension type shown indicates how the file is registered with Windows on the local machine, and can vary between computers. Unregistered file types are shown with their extension (e.g., "DOC File", "JPG File", etc.).
