ENDMONTH( ) ENDMONTH(date_value)

 

Date Function Returns a Date Value
Returns a date value representing the last day of the month from date_value. If date_value is left blank, then the current system date is used.

Function Use

This function can be used when filtering records or formatting how dates are displayed or returned.

Filtering Examples

The following examples are ways in which you can use this function to filter records.

You want to see all Statements that are dated this month.

(Date >= BEGMONTH()) AND (Date <= ENDMONTH())

Formatting Examples

ENDMONTH( )

Returns 04/30/2026 if the current system date is 04/21/2026.
