The Geolocation field is used to track where a fee occurred, and is typically used when you need to report fees by location. If you do not need to report fees by location, simply leave this field blank. Any geolocation needed must be defined as a Location in the Tabs3 Billing Location Information window. Then, the Transaction File List can easily be sorted by Geolocation.

This field defaults to the Location used for the last fee transaction. The Geolocation field is not available in the Fee Entry program unless the user belongs to an access profile that has the Display Geolocation for Fees access right.

The button can be used to open the Location Lookup window that allows you to view a list of locations and select any location by double-clicking it.

Right-click this field to display a shortcut menu and then click Edit Location to access the Location Information window for adding or editing purposes.
