Previous Balance before Adjustments issued as a label for the line that prints when a statement includes payment adjustments or write offs. The Previous Balance before Adjustments reflects the actual Amount Due that was shown on the last statement. The payment adjustments and write offs then print followed by the resulting balance. The date code "\S" can be used anywhere in the text to print the last statement date for the client. The format "MM/DD/YYYY" is used for the date codes. You can increment or decrement the date by adding the number of days you want to increment after the date code, or adding a minus sign (-) and the number of days you want to decrement after the date code. For example, "\S30" would increment the date by 30 days and "\S-30" would decrement the date by 30 days. The "\#" code can be used anywhere in the text to print the Client ID. The code "\%" can be used anywhere in the text to print the courtesy discount percentage. Maximum of 60 characters.
