You will be allowed to enter up to 5 different annual finance charge rates. A maximum of 99.99 is allowed for each rate. Enter as many finance charge rates as desired. For example, an 18% annual finance charge would be entered as 18.00. As another example, a 1% monthly finance charge rate would be entered as 12.00.
