| Aging Periods |
The aged amounts for the Detail and Summary Accounts Receivable Reports are calculated by using the following aging periods in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable Report Date. Each Aging Period represents the number of days to be used as a means of grouping amounts due for the Accounts Receivable Report. The default aging periods are 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, 121-180, 181+. Aging periods must be assigned in ascending order. The aging periods can be changed at any time without affecting your data files. The number of aging periods displayed is dependent on the # of Periods option.
If you change the default aging periods, be sure to edit Lines 42-46 on the Terminology tab of Statement Customization if you print summary past due messages.
