Select the Subtotal check box if you want a subtotal to print each time the 2nd Sort Order changes. For example, if Authorization Date is selected for the Secondary Order, a subtotal for each date will print if the Subtotal check box is selected. The 2nd Sort Order label will be indented and shaded if the selected printer is configured to print gray shade density in the Advanced Printing Features.

Clear this check box if you do not want the list to include secondary subtotals.
