Inactive clients that were converted to Version 14 with ledger integrity errors cannot be marked as Active. Likewise, when marking a client with ledger integrity errors as Inactive, you will be warned that you will not be allowed to mark the client as Active again at a later time.

These precautions have been implemented in order to preserve the integrity of your data. Typically, ledger integrity errors were present when converting to Tabs3 Version 14 as a result of data corruption or improper editing in earlier versions of Tabs3.

Technical Note: When converting from a prior version of Tabs3, the conversion process will flag clients that receive Post Conversion warnings of 604 - 686 as clients with ledger integrity check errors. Additionally, the conversion process will automatically mark a client as Inactive if the client received a Post Conversion warning of 680 and also has an accounts receivable balance of zero.
