Maximum of 8 characters. Enter the appropriate billing frequency for the client. The billing frequency description will be displayed after entering a valid billing frequency. Each client is assigned a single billing frequency for purposes of grouping clients for statements and reports. Billing frequencies are defined using the Billing Frequency program.

The button can be used to open the Billing Frequency Lookup window that allows you to view a list of billing frequencies and select any billing frequency by double-clicking it.

Right-clicking this field displays a shortcut menu that allows easy access to the Billing Frequency program for adding or editing purposes.

Note: The default Billing Frequency for new clients is defined in the Billing Frequency program.
