This window will display all .LOG and .XML files located in the data directory, allowing easy selection of which log files to submit. Click the left column next to the log file you were instructed to submit. A check mark will be displayed, selecting that file. Likewise, clicking on a check mark in the left column will clear the check mark, deselecting the file.

Note: By default the following log files are automatically selected in the Advanced File Selection window: Error Log, Network Test Log, Reset Log, Support Log, most recent Data File Integrity Check Error Report for each application, and c-tree status log (Platinum only). We recommend always sending these log files when you submit log files.

The OK button will return you to the Submit Log Files window, and also set the selected log files to be sent when the Send button is clicked in the Submit Log Files window.
