These selections allow you to choose whether you want to write off amounts from All statements for this client, or amounts from a specific statement. The selection made here will determine what amounts are displayed in the Billed, Amount Due, and Write Off Amount columns in the Write Off Client window.

All Select All if you want to write off amounts from all statements for the client. The Write Off window will display the total amounts for all statements for either all timekeepers or the specified timekeeper, depending on what is specified in the Timekeeper to Write Off section.
Specific Select Specific if you want to write off amounts from a specific statement. The Write Off window will display the total statement amounts for either all timekeepers or the specified timekeeper, depending on what is specified in the Timekeeper to Write Off section.
