The Arrange Windows dialog box shows a list of all windows open in the application. You can select an individual window and activate it, close it or minimize it. You can select multiple windows and close them, cascade them, tile them horizontally or vertically, or minimize them.

For example, you might select two windows to be opened side-by-side by selecting the Tile Vertically option.

Activate The Activate button is available when a single window is selected. Clicking the Activate button will open the highlighted window and close the Arrange Windows dialog box.
OK The OK button can be used to close the Arrange Windows dialog box.
Close Window The Close Window button will close the windows for the selected windows.
Cascade The Cascade button will open the selected windows overlapped. Windows not selected will be minimized.
Tile Horizontally The Tile Horizontally button will open the selected windows horizontally on top of each other. Windows not selected will be minimized.
Tile Vertically The Tile Vertically button will open the selected windows vertically next to each other (i.e., side-by-side). Windows not selected will be minimized.
Minimize The Minimize button will minimize the selected windows.
