Inserts the system date, system time, and User ID in the text using the following format:

11/03/2026 02:41pm JOHN

 

This option is available in the Client Notes and Billing Notes & Instructions fields in the Client file, and in the Comments field in the Contact file.

Note: Some keyboards have precoded function keys. This means that pressing F5 on some keyboards will not insert the Date/Time/User ID. If this is the case, you can use the right-click menu option to insert the Date/Time/User ID stamp, or possibly reprogram the function key on your keyboard. Check with your keyboard manufacturer for more information.
