When Tabs3 Billing is configured to Integrate with Tabs3 Trust Accounting, and a client’s Trust Integration option is set to Detail or Summary, trust information will be included on statements. Much of the trust terminology shown on the statement can be customized in the Bank Account file in Tabs3 Trust Accounting (Trust).

The following terminology is included:

Trust Account Activity The Current Balance heading of the trust information section can be customized in Trust. This text is shown as a heading when the Detail option is selected for Trust Integration.
Opening Balance The Opening Balance line of the trust information section can be customized in Trust. This line is only shown when the Detail option is selected for Trust Integration.
Closing Balance The Closing Balance line of the trust information section can be customized in Trust. This line is only shown when the Detail option is selected for Trust Integration.
Transaction Detail
(Date, Description, Amount, Payee)		 The detail for each transaction is only shown when the Detail option is selected for Trust Integration.
Please remit The Bill Remittance or Target Remittance line of the trust information section can be customized in Trust
Your trust account balance is The Current Balance summary line can be customized in Trust. This text is shown, followed by the current trust balance, when the Summary option is selected for Trust Integration.

Note: The Trust Account Activity section will not print for a client whose trust account has no current activity and a zero balance. For clients with multiple trust accounts, the Opening Balance, trust activity, and Closing Balance will not print for trust accounts that are zero balance with no current activity.

The following is an example of how trust activity appears on the statement when the Detail option is selected for Trust Integration:
