You will not be able to specify a range of reference numbers if you selected more than one Transaction Type.

Maximum of 8 digits (1-99999999). Enter the beginning reference number of the range of transactions you want to transfer. Reference numbers can be found on the Verification Lists, the Detail Work-In-Process Report, Transaction File List or a Draft Statement. If you only want to transfer one transaction, enter that transaction's reference number in both the Beginning and Ending Reference # fields.

The button can be used to open a Lookup window that allows you to view a list of transactions and select any transaction by double-clicking it.
