Note: When the Worked Information check box is selected, you can use the Format tab to select which items you want included in this section of the report.

Select this check box if you want the report to include timekeeper worked productivity. For each timekeeper selected, the worked information can show the billable and non-billable hours and amounts entered into Tabs3 during each month selected along with a total for all months and year-to-date. The worked information can also show the hours to bill and amount to bill for the billable hours and amounts shown on the report.

There is no distinction made as to whether or not the billable hours and amounts have been billed. A percentage comparison is made between billable, non-billable and total hours for each timekeeper and for the report totals (i.e., billable hours + non-billable hours = 100%). The billable and non-billable figures on the worked portion of the report include billed and updated fees. The WIP Hours, WIP Amount and Average Age figures on the Worked portion of the report include work-in-process transactions through the last day of the Ending Reporting Month selected.

Clear this check box if you do not want to include worked information on the report.

Note: The work-in-process (WIP) amounts at the bottom of the report reflect the actual amount of unbilled fees for each timekeeper. The Average Age of WIP is also printed. The average age is computed by adding the amount of each individual entry multiplied by the age of the entry to get a total. That total is then divided by the total unbilled amount resulting in the average age of unbilled fees. This means that entries with larger amounts or older dates will have a greater effect on the average age than entries with smaller amounts or recent dates.
