text macros

Each text macro consists of two components: a Macro ID (or abbreviation) and associated text. Whenever the Macro ID is typed followed by a space or punctuation mark, Tabs3 automatically replaces the Macro ID with the associated text. For example, you might have a Macro ID named "ASAP" with the text "as soon as possible". When the Macro ID "ASAP" is entered during data entry, it is automatically replaced with the text "as soon as possible".
