There are several reports in Tabs3 that are specific to the task based billing features in the software. These reports include the Task Code Billing Report, Task Code Budget Report, Task Code List, and Task Code Set List. Other reports such as the Detail Work-In-Process Report and Transaction File List are not specific to task based billing but can include transactions from task based billing clients.

When running most reports, task based billing clients can easily be included or excluded from the report.

   To include or exclude task based billing clients

  1. Select the report you want to run.
  2. On the Client tab, select the Specific option for the Status.
  3. Click the Select Status button.
  4. In the Select Status Options window, select to include task based clients, non-task based clients or both.
