As an option, Tabs3 Billing allows a "/MANAGER" startup parameter. This allows you to start Tabs3 Billing and automatically open the Tabs3 Billing Matter Manager window.

An example of the Matter Manager startup option follows:

"C:\Program Files\Tabs3\TABS.EXE"  /MANAGER
