Resource user are used to schedule and reserve firm resources such as conference rooms, video equipment, laptop computers, etc. using PracticeMaster's calendaring feature. In order to schedule these resources, the resource must be defined with a User ID.

A resource that is defined for scheduling purposes will not be using the software and is therefore not a Logon User or a Timekeeper.

User IDs are maintained in the User Configuration window of the System Configuration application.
