The information shown on Tabs3 reports is tracked by date. Billed figures are updated when the Update Statements program is run.

In Tabs3 Billing Version 17 and earlier, there were two types of reporting: date-based and period-based. Billed figures for period-based reports were updated based on the Current Reporting Month rather than the statement date of the updated statement. Beginning with Version 18, all former period-based reports now calculate information based on the statement date of the updated statement. Therefore, there is no distinction between date-based reports and period-based reports.
