The Status column in the Print Control window indicates the state of the print job. Typical status indicators include (but are not limited to): "Printing", "Viewing", and "Waiting".

Printing	Indicates the report is still processing and information is being sent to the printer, Preview window or disk file.
Viewing	Indicates the report has finished processing and is open in the Preview window.
Waiting	Indicates the report is waiting to be processed until a previously sent report completes.
