When a new entry is added, the next available Trans # is automatically assigned and displayed and the label "New" will be displayed to the right of the field.

The button can be used to open the Transaction Lookup window that allows you to view a list of existing journal entries. The journal entries are shown in transaction number order with the most recent records at the top of the window. Only those transactions relating to the selected Tabs3 payment, cost, or client funds transaction can be selected.

An unlimited number of journal entries can be added to each transaction.

Note: New transactions cannot be created via the GLS Integration window.
