As an option, fee compensation rules can be defined with an associated beginning and/or ending date.
Select this check box if you want to include the Effective Date and Ending Date columns on the report.
Clear this check box if you want to remove the Effective Date and Ending Date columns from the report.
Note: If the Include Dates check box is selected, "mm/dd/yyyy" will print in the Effective Date and Ending Date columns for rules that have no Effective Date or Ending Date defined.
