Select this check box if you want Billing Notes & Instructions included on the report. This information is printed in a separate column to the right of the report. Keep in mind that including this column generates a wider report and therefore a smaller font will be used.

Note: Billing Notes & Instructions will not print if the Totals Only or Client Subtotals Only check boxes are selected on the Sort tab.

Clear this check box if you do not want a separate column with billing notes and instructions included on the report.
