This option determines the position of the Previous Balance on billing statements that use the Statement format (rather than the Invoice format).
Select Top of Statement if you want to print the Previous Balance at the top of the statement before the fees and costs.
Select After Fees and Costs if you want to print the Previous Balance line after the fees and costs but before the Total Current Work line.
Select After Total Current Work if you want the Previous Balance line to print after the Total Current Work line.
