Total Balance Due is used with the Combine Matters option to label the total balance due that prints at the end of a combined statement. If the Combine Matters option is selected for a client but only one matter prints, then Line 38 is not used. The date code "\S" can be used anywhere in the text to print the Statement Date specified. The format "MM/DD/YYYY" is used for the date codes. You can increment or decrement the date by adding the number of days you want to increment after the date code, or adding a minus sign (-) and the number of days you want to decrement after the date code. For example, "\S30" would increment the date by 30 days and "\S-30" would decrement the date by 30 days. The "\#" code can be used anywhere in the text to print the Client ID. The code "\%" can be used anywhere in the text to print the courtesy discount percentage. Maximum of 60 characters.
