Total Payments is used to label the subtotal for payments. The date codes "\S" and "\E" can be used anywhere in the text to print the respective date specified (i.e., "\S" = Statement Date and "\E" = Payment Cut-Off Date). The format "MM/DD/YYYY" is used for the date codes. You can increment or decrement the date by adding the number of days you want to increment after the date code, or adding a minus sign (-) and the number of days you want to decrement after the date code. For example, "\S30" would increment the date by 30 days and "\S-30" would decrement the date by 30 days. The "\#" code can be used anywhere in the text to print the Client ID. The code "\%" can be used anywhere in the text to print the courtesy discount percentage. Maximum of 60 characters.

Note: If no payment cut-off date is specified when a statement is run, then only the text on line 33 will print. If line 33 includes the "\E" date code and no payment cut-off date is specified, nothing will be printed for this date.
