Fees, Costs, F/C, Total - These amounts represent accounts receivable figures for Fees, Costs and Finance Charge for each aging period. Sales tax due is included in the appropriate classification. Work-in-process payments (excluding payments on hold) are included in the aging figures (there is no cut-off date for the work-in-process payments). The aging periods shown are based on the aging periods assigned on the Options tab of Tabs3 Customization. Tabs3 compares the statement date and the system date to determine which aging period the amount owed belongs in. These calculations are performed every time the Additional A/R Info button is pressed. The more client ledger records a client has, the longer it will take for a computer to display the accounts receivable information after pressing the Additional A/R Info button.

Note: If your system date is not correct, the amounts owed for the client could show up in the wrong aging period. For example, if the system date is set at 10/31/2025 instead of 10/31/2026, then all amounts due for all clients will appear in the 181+ period.
