The Descriptions check box indicates whether or not the descriptions entered for the detail transactions will be included. The transaction (deposit, withdrawal or payment) is shown regardless of whether the additional description is included. A transaction shown with an asterisk to the left of the transaction Type indicates the transaction is on hold. This option is available for the detail report only.

Select this check box if you want the descriptions included on the report.

Clear this check box if you do not want the descriptions included on the report.
