The Action and Options sections on the Custom Fields tab of Change Client Options are not available in the Client Information window.

Action

Only update text for existing fields Select this option to only update existing fields in the selected clients’ Custom Fields Table with updated Text. Fields will be matched based on the Field Label assigned. When this option is selected, the Copy field text check box is selected and cannot be cleared.
Add new fields Select this option to add all specified fields to the selected clients’ Custom Fields Table. If a field with the specified Field Label exists for a client, it will only be updated if the Copy field text check box is selected.
Clear table before adding new fields Select this check box to remove any existing custom fields from the selected clients’ Custom Fields Table prior to adding the newly specified fields. Clear this check box to append the newly specified fields to any existing custom fields. This check box is dimmed and unavailable if the Add Custom Fields option is not selected.

Options

Copy field text Select this check box to update the Text for existing fields in the selected clients’ Custom Fields Table with the Text specified in the newly specified fields. Clear this check box to import the fields without the content of the Text fields.
Only copy text if existing field is empty Select this option to update the Text for existing fields in the selected clients' Custom Fields Table with the Text specified in the newly specified fields, only if the selected clients’ custom field has no Text specified. When this option is selected, custom fields with Text specified will not have that Text modified. This check box is dimmed and unavailable if the Copy field text option is not selected.
Replace text for existing fields Select this option to update the Text for all existing fields in the selected clients’ Custom Fields Table with the Text specified in the newly specified fields, regardless of if the selected clients' custom field has Text specified. This check box is dimmed and unavailable if the Copy field text option is not selected.
