Note: When the Billed Information check box is selected, you can use the Format tab to select which items you want included in this section of the report.

Select this check box if you want the report to include category billed productivity. The billed report shows hours and amounts billed for the current period and year, as well as write-ups and write-downs of both hours and amounts, and courtesy discount for each category selected. Average hourly billing rates for each category can be shown for a worked rate, billed rate and effective rate.

Clear this check box if you do not want the report to include billed information.

Note: The percentages for the hours and amounts are a percentage of the total for the report. The percentages for the write-ups and write-downs are a percentage of the original amounts prior to the write-ups and write-downs for the individual categories.
