| Clients that do not meet Billing Thresholds |
Note: Thresholds are not checked if the report order is by working timekeeper.
Select this check box if you want all clients included regardless of whether predefined billing thresholds are met. If a threshold is not met, a message will be printed on the report indicating the threshold is not met.
Clear this check box if you want to exclude the same information that will be excluded for threshold billing clients when statements are run. The information that is excluded is determined by the threshold type and amount specified for the client. For example, if a client's total threshold is $100 and the client's total work-in-process is less than $100, the client will be excluded from the report. As another example, let's say a client's expense threshold is $25 and the client's fee work-in-process is $20 and expense work-in-process is $8. The client will be included on the report; however, the expenses will not be printed on the report because the expense work-in-process did not meet the expense threshold.
Note: Payments will be included on the report even if thresholds are not met (provided payments are specified on the Transactions tab).
Note: Credit transactions, courtesy discounts and progress fees are included in the threshold comparison. Sales tax is not included in the comparison. Transactions on hold are excluded from the comparison.
